Internship Overview: We are seeking a motivated and talented Data Science Intern to join our team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our Request for Quotation (RFQ) process using advanced AI techniques. The goal is to leverage AI to scan through tender documents, identify anomalies, detect legal gaps, and uncover opportunities to outshine competitors. This is an excellent opportunity for a data science student to gain hands-on experience in applying AI to real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize AI and machine learning algorithms to analyze large volumes of tender documents.
Develop models to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and potential risks in the documents.
Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques to detect legal gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Create predictive models to generate insights and recommendations for better RFQ submissions.
Collaborate with the procurement and legal teams to understand business requirements and refine AI models accordingly.
Assist in the integration of AI solutions into the existing RFQ workflow.
Conduct data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis to support AI model development.
Document methodologies, processes, and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
Familiarity with data preprocessing, data mining, and data visualization tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Prior experience with AI applications in document analysis or legal tech is a plus.
