About This Event
Join us on Monday, December 15th, for an insightful Lunch Lecture with the General Intelligence and Security Service (AIVD).
🍽️ Enjoy a free lunch and earn 1 MyFuture point!
The AIVD stands for the security of the Netherlands. Ever since their establishment, shortly after the Second World War, they have been protecting democracy against national and international threats so that we can live in freedom.
They do whatever is necessary to prevent states, organizations, or individuals from opposing, undermining, or attacking our constitutional state. They watch over the Netherlands and its people — often invisibly, sometimes visibly. They do so with steadfast confidence in democracy, a precious and vulnerable asset.
Explore a range of topics, including their approach to safeguarding vital infrastructure and their work on preparing for future technological advancements such as quantum-safe cryptography. 🚀🔬🌿💧
⚠️ Remember to cancel 24 hours before the event if you're unable to attend. Failing to show up twice without cancelling will result in being black-listed from future Lunch Lectures! ⚠️
⚠️The presentation will be given in Dutch⚠️
