Board Applications

We would like to announce that you can now apply for the 8th General Board of D.S.A. Pattern. 🎉 But why would you want to take on such a role?

A board year is the perfect opportunity to learn new skills that you would likely not learn during your studies. It comes with lots of personal development, growth and learning (like planning, how to lead and expand your network). 💼 Next to all serious stuff, you will also have lots of fun, join amazing parties and make friends for life. 💃🏼🕺🏽 And not to mention that it looks great on your resume! 📃 It doesn’t matter if you haven’t been very involved with the association before, what matters is that you are eager to learn and take on a challenge! 💪🏽

In order to apply for a board position, you'll have to send an email to applications@dsapattern.nl containing your resume and a motivational letter. In order for the Application Committee to take your wishes into account, we ask you to note your two preferences with short motivations as well as the two functions you would not like to take on during your board year (if applicable). You can also state what you would like to learn and get out of such an opportunity. Note that the deadline to submit your application is March 24 at 23:59!
