“The perfect location”

As part of the Janssen de Jong group, we offer our clients services within the entire real estate cycle. The location of the project is important throughout the entire cycle. Work with a team to put the location at the center of our process. Do this by superimposing different data sets and adjusting them to the needs of us and our customer. We take you along in our process, and you create a data-driven solution!

We have a team working on gathering user stories from multiple companies within our group. As our goal is to work more closely together, to give the customer a better experience and product. You will join this group and find out what the first steps will be in adding multiple data sets on top of each other to analyze the data regarding our possible real estate locations.

You will work on questions like:

• What data is needed to make the right decision?
• What decisions need to be made?
• Who does this affect?
• How do I visualize this data, so its user friendly?

Using API connections you will connect with open source data from multiple sources. You will visualize the data on top of an open source map and create an UI that helps us navigate the different layers and make cross reference decisions.
